Our Virtual Roadshows are consecutive daily events, usually over 2 weeks, for about 2 to 2 & 1/2 hours per day. The content does not change, only the attendees and the Exhibitor “Pitch” & collateral.
Each day draws travel advisors attendance targeted by region (gateways) and sales specialty. The benefit is a more focused dialog based on the travel advisors physical location and sales specialty. Exhibitors can change out booth documents as needed per day. taCONNECT CRM partners have the unique ability to suppress current contacts within their database and invite a guaranteed new audience, which greatly add's to the ROI on the event.
